Cauliflower Boondi ( Phool Gobi Boondi)

 

Ingredients:

 

1 Cauliflower

1 litre Water

Salt as per taste

2 tsp Butter

Little pinch of Black Pepper

2 tsp Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Chilli Sauce

2 tsp Mayonnaise

1 cup Boondi

 

Methods:

 

·          Cut Cauliflower in pieces (whatever size you like to).

·          Add water into pot and put 1 tsp Salt.

·          Put Cauliflower on boiled water and cook it till it half done.

·          Then Strain them.

·          Take a frying pan, put butter on it.

·          Put Cauliflower on butter and then Salt & Black Pepper powder.

·          Fry till it turns light brown and till Cauliflower cook well.

·          Then take a big bowl and put Tomato Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Mayonnaise dip and mix it well.

·          Now take a Cauliflower and dip it the prepared sauce.

·          And then dip into the Boondi.

·          Now it is ready to serve.
